1. Project Cancellations

As a media and entertainment production company, our services are highly customized for each client. If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made prior to the commencement of pre-production may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and planning fees.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our business, certain costs are strictly non-refundable once incurred. These include, but are not limited to:

• Location booking fees and permits.
• Talent and crew holding fees or advances.
• Custom set design and prop construction costs.
• Pre-production research and scripting fees once the draft is delivered.

3. Post-Production Revisions

We do not offer refunds if you are simply unsatisfied with the artistic direction, provided we have adhered to the mutually agreed-upon brief and storyboard. We do, however, offer a set number of revision rounds (as specified in your contract) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

4. Force Majeure

If a project cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), we will pause production and reschedule. Refunds will not be issued under force majeure, but the budget will be allocated toward the rescheduled shoot dates.
